Logging in and out

Three sign-in methods, how to switch between them, and how to sign out cleanly.

Last updated May 11, 2026

Once you have a prospiq account, signing in is fast — and there are three ways to do it. This page covers the sign-in flow, how to switch between methods, and how to sign out properly when you're done.

Where to sign in

Go to prospiq.net/login. The same page handles new signups and existing sign-ins.

The three sign-in methods

prospiq uses password-less authentication. There's no prospiq password to remember, reset, or rotate — sign-in goes through your identity provider or your inbox.

Continue with Google

Click Continue with Google. A Google window opens.

  • If you're already signed into Google in this browser, Google confirms you want to use this account with prospiq, then you're in
  • If not, sign in to Google first, then confirm

You land on the dashboard immediately.

Continue with Microsoft

Click Continue with Microsoft. A Microsoft window opens.

  • If you're already signed into Microsoft, confirm and you're in
  • If not, sign in to Microsoft first, then confirm

Same flow as Google. Use this for work Microsoft 365 accounts or personal Outlook accounts.

Email magic link

If you didn't sign up with Google or Microsoft, use the magic-link option:

  1. Type your email into the Email address field
  2. Click Continue with email
  3. You'll see a "Check your inbox" message
  4. Open your inbox and find the email from prospiq with a sign-in link
  5. Click the link in the email

The link signs you in immediately. Each link is single-use and expires after a short window, so click it soon after requesting it, and click it in the same browser where you started.

Sign-in method must match your signup

Whichever method you used to create your account is the one you have to keep using. If you signed up with Google, you sign in with Google. If you signed up with email magic link, you sign in with magic link.

You can't mix methods — clicking Continue with Microsoft on an account that was created with Google will create a separate Microsoft-based account with the same email, not log you into the original one.

If you're not sure which method you used originally, try the email magic-link option. We'll either send you a link to sign in (if the account exists) or treat it as a new signup.

How to sign out

There's a sign-out option in the app. Once you're signed in, look for your profile menu (usually accessed by clicking your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the dashboard) — the sign-out button is there.

Signing out clears your session in this browser only. If you're signed into prospiq on another device, that session stays active.

Sign out everywhere

If you want to sign out of every device you've used prospiq on — for example, because you used a public computer and walked away without signing out — the simplest approach depends on which method you used to sign in:

  • Google or Microsoft OAuth: sign out of your Google or Microsoft account itself, or revoke prospiq's access from your Google or Microsoft account settings. That ends all prospiq sessions tied to that identity provider.
  • Email magic link: email support and we can invalidate active sessions for your account.

Staying signed in across visits

Your sign-in persists across visits in the same browser. You don't need to sign in again every time you come back. If you're using a shared computer or a public machine, sign out manually before walking away.
