Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for the prospiq platform at prospiq.net, a product of Pathweavers LLP ("we", "us", "our").

1. Our Core Promise

prospiq only charges credits when we deliver results. If we cannot find a verified email or phone number for your search, you are not charged. This applies to both single searches and bulk enrichment.

  • Email not found → 0 credits charged
  • Phone not found → 0 credits charged
  • Verified email found → 1 credit
  • Phone number found → 10 credits

Because you are only charged for successful results, most refund scenarios do not apply.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to all features and remaining credits until the period ends
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days in a billing period

3. Credit Refunds

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable. However, we may issue a credit refund or account credit in the following cases:

  • Technical error — if a system error caused credits to be deducted without delivering results, we will restore those credits to your account
  • Duplicate charges — if you were charged twice for the same transaction, we will refund the duplicate amount
  • Service unavailability — if the Service was unavailable for an extended period and credits were affected, we will work with you to make it right

To request a credit refund, email us at support@prospiq.net within 30 days of the issue. Include your account email and a description of what happened.

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@prospiq.net before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We resolve most issues within 5 business days.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved.

5. Free Credits

Free credits provided at account creation or through promotional offers have no monetary value and are not eligible for refund or cash redemption.

6. Early Access Discounts

Credits or subscriptions purchased under early access or promotional pricing are subject to the same refund terms as regular purchases. The discounted pricing applies for the lifetime of the subscription as long as it remains active.

7. Account Closure

If you close your account, any remaining purchased credits are forfeited and are not eligible for refund. Please use your credits before requesting account deletion.
