Unused credits now roll over, and bounced emails get the credit back

From 15 October 2026, unused credits on paid prospiq plans roll over for one month, and a verified email that bounces gets its credit back.

Two changes went live on 15 October 2026, and both are about the same idea: you shouldn't lose money on credits you couldn't use.

1. Unused credits now roll over

On every paid plan, credits you don't use in a month now carry over to the next month, for one month.

Your balance never goes above twice your plan:

  • Starter: up to 1,000 credits
  • Growth: up to 3,000 credits
  • Pro: up to 7,000 credits

So a slow month, a holiday or a campaign that got pushed back no longer means losing what you paid for.

A few details:

  • Rolled-over credits are used for one more month, then expire.
  • The Free plan's 20 credits are one-time, so they don't roll over.
  • If you cancel your subscription, rolled-over credits end with it.

2. A verified email bounced? You get the credit back

prospiq has always charged only when an email is verified or a phone is found. Now there's one more promise on top of that.

It's rare, because every email is checked with the mail server before you're charged. But a mailbox can be closed after we verify it, or a company can change its mail setup. If one does bounce, email support@prospiq.net with the bounced addresses within 30 days and we'll put the credits back in your account. No forms, no hassle.

What hasn't changed

  • A verified email costs 1 credit. A found phone costs 10.
  • If we can't verify an email or find a phone, you pay nothing.
  • Looking up someone you've already found again is free.

Why we did this

Most contact-data tools reset your credits each month and charge for results whether they work or not. We'd rather you pay for contacts you can actually use.

Prices start at $29 a month, or Rs 2,399 a month + 18% GST in India. The full rules for plans and credits are always on prospiq.net/facts.
