We built prospiq, so we're not neutral. Lusha is a popular contact-data tool, especially with sales teams that live in their CRM. Here's an honest look at where the two differ, using Lusha's own pricing page and pricing guide, checked on 15 October 2026.

The short answer

Lusha is a good fit for teams that want a contact database to search and quick lookups inside their CRM, and are happy to pay in US dollars. prospiq is a better fit if you bring your own lead lists, want to pay in rupees with a GST invoice, and want to pay only when a contact is verified or found.

Credits

  • Lusha: a verified email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5 credits. The free plan gives up to 40 credits a month. Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Premium) are set with a credit slider on Lusha's site, and Scale is custom.
  • prospiq: a verified email costs 1 credit and a found phone 10 credits. Free plan: 20 one-time credits. Starter $29 (Rs 2,399 + GST) for 500 credits, Growth $59 (Rs 4,799) for 1,500, Pro $99 (Rs 7,999) for 3,500.

Per credit, Lusha phones use fewer credits than prospiq phones. Compare the price per credit on the plan you'd actually buy before deciding.

What you pay when nothing is found

  • Lusha: its API uses at least 1 credit per request, even when no results come back.
  • prospiq: you're never charged for an email that can't be verified or a phone that can't be found. If a verified email later bounces, email support@prospiq.net with the bounced addresses within 30 days and we'll put the credits back in your account. No forms, no hassle.

Unused credits

The two are close here. Lusha's monthly plans roll unused credits over, up to twice the plan limit; on annual plans unused credits reset at the end of the year. prospiq's paid plans roll unused credits over for one month, up to twice the plan.

Billing in India

prospiq bills in rupees by UPI or card with a GST invoice. Lusha bills in US dollars.

How you work

  • Lusha gives you a contact database to search and a browser extension, with CRM integrations.
  • prospiq works on the names you already have: a name and company, a CSV, or the Chrome extension on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator. Contacts push to HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho. prospiq doesn't have a database to browse.

AI

prospiq includes prospiq AI: five sales modules (Cold Email Writer, ICP Builder, Company Research, Prospecting Coach and Free Chat), personalised to what you sell and unlimited on paid plans.

Pick Lusha if

  • you want to search a database for new prospects
  • your team works mainly inside the CRM
  • you're fine paying in USD

Pick prospiq if

  • you already have the names and need verified emails and phones
  • you want to pay only when a result is delivered
  • you'd rather pay in rupees with a GST invoice
  • you want help writing outreach and researching accounts

Try both on the same 50 contacts and count what you got and what you paid. prospiq's Free plan has 20 credits, no card needed. Full details are on prospiq.net/facts.
