Best Apollo Alternatives in India (2026): 7 Tools Compared
Apollo alternatives for Indian sales teams, compared on INR billing, phone numbers and what you pay when a contact isn't found. Prices checked Oct 2026.
Why Indian teams look for an Apollo alternative
Apollo is a strong all-in-one platform, but three things push Indian sales teams to look elsewhere: it bills per user in US dollars, revealing a mobile number takes several credits per contact, and most of its plans are built for teams that will also use its sequencing and dialer.
If your team mainly needs reliable work emails and phone numbers for Indian and global B2B contacts, paid in rupees, a focused contact-data tool can cost less and waste fewer credits. This guide compares seven of them on the things Indian buyers ask about most: INR billing, GST invoices, phone numbers, and what you pay when a contact isn't found.
Full disclosure: prospiq is our product, and it is on this list. Competitor prices below were taken from each vendor's own pricing page in October 2026 and are linked in the Sources section, so you can check them yourself.
What to look for in an Apollo alternative in India
- INR billing with a GST invoice. Paying in rupees by UPI or card avoids forex markups and lets you claim input GST.
- What a miss costs. Some tools charge a credit per search; others only charge when an email is verified or a phone is found. On a list of 1,000 names, that difference adds up.
- Phone numbers, priced clearly. Phones usually cost more credits than emails. Check how many, and whether you pay when no number comes back.
- Do unused credits roll over? Many plans reset to zero each month.
- Per-user or per-account pricing. Per-seat pricing gets expensive fast for a team of five.
- Where you prospect. If your team lives on LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, a Chrome extension matters more than a big database UI.
